Capstone Surgery Center accepts PIP, Worker’s Compensation, and Commercial insurances with out-of-network benefits. Commercial carriers accepted include, but are not limited to,:

AETNA, BLUE CROSS, CIGNA, and UNITED HEALTHCARE.

After you are scheduled, you may request an estimate of the bill for your procedure.

Physician charges and other professional fees, including but not limited to, charges for anesthesiology and neuromonitoring are not included in facility charges. Your physician, anesthesiologist, or neuromonitoring technician may or may not participate in your carrier’s network.
